All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

6. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are accepted only once payment has been processed and confirmed.

All Vitae Parfum products are hand-constructed in Fort Worth, Texas. Please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines commence upon fulfillment. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. Shipping fees, duties, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted on full-size fragrances only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Samplers / Discovery Sets

  • Candles

  • Rollerball fragrances

  • Any opened or used products

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements—is the property of Vitae Parfum and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. Vitae Parfum is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and does not endorse them.

11. Limitation of Liability
